Symptoms:

Cause:

This phenomenon occurs when a discrepancy happens in between the data stored in QMetry and Jira databases. For example, if a Test Case is deleted from a user's Jira and the same is not reflected in QMetry's database, this error happens. 

Solution(Server)

  1. Go to QMetry>Configurations>Re-index.
  2. Select the project.
  3. Select the time frame in which the issue was created
  4. Start Sync Up.

If the issue is still not fixed, do a Clean Up in Re-index.

  1. Select the project.
  2. Select the issue type in which the problem is occuring.
  3. Select 'Delete Issues which are not present in JIRA'.
  4. Start the Clean Up.
