How to get HAR / Network logs?
Note: QMetry for Jira Test Management add-on supports Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers only. Currently, browsers like Safari, Opera etc are not supported.
For Chrome Browser
- Open browser - chrome > Open Jira.
- Go to Chrome options (3 vertical dots on the upper right corner).
- Go to More tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using windows).
- Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
- Right-click on the output window (As shown in below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
- Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.
For Firefox Browser
- Open browser - Firefox > Open Jira.
- Press F12
- Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
- Right click on the output window (As shown in below image in 6th steps) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
- Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.
For Internet Microsoft Edge
- In Internet Explorer- press F12 or go to the Tools menu and select “F12 Developer Tools”
- Select the Network tab and reproduce the issue.
- Save the logs (Export HAR log) and send it to QMetry Support.
