QMetry Service Manager

QMetry Service Manager is highly configurable test management solution which is designed for enterprise teams. QMetry Service Manager is easy to set up to suit your organization’s specific needs.

Multiple Workspaces can be set up with their own set of database locations, database types, and project file storage. Each workspace can contain multiple projects.

 

Once the the QMetry Service Manager is installed, you can see the icon on the taskbar. Right click on the icon and you will see the following options on it.

  • Start: This option will start the QMetry Service Manager on your machine; the status of the service will be “Enabled”.

  • Stop: This option will stop the running QMetry Service Manager on your machine.

  • Restart: This option will restart the running QMetry Service Manager on your machine.

  • Workspace: You can access Workplace wizard and manage your Workplace. The option will be enabled only when the QMetry Service Manager is stopped and disabled. Read more about Manage Workspace.

  • Preferences: It allows you to set the Server Port. You can update the port only when the QMetry Service Manager is stopped.

  • Service Console: You can check logs and errors on the service console.

  • Subscription: The option shows your QAS license details and the type of App the license is eligible for.
