Note: QMetry Test Management for Jira Test Management add-on app supports the latest versions of IE11, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers only. Currently, browsers like Safari, Opera, etc are not supported.

Open browser - chrome > Open Jira.
Go to Chrome options (3 vertical dots on the upper right corner).
Go to More tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using windows).
Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

In Internet Explorer- press F12 or go to the Tools menu and select “F12 Developer Tools”
Select the Network tab and reproduce the issue.
Save the logs (Export HAR log) and send it to QMetry Support.
