Note: QMetry Test Management for Jira Test Management add-on app supports the latest versions of IE11, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers only. Currently, browsers like Safari, Opera, etc are not supported.

  • Open browser - chrome > Open Jira.

  • Go to Chrome options (3 vertical dots on the upper right corner).

  • Go to More tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using windows).

  • Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.

  • Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".

  • Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

  • Open browser - Firefox > Open Jira.

  • Press F12

  • Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.

  • Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image in the 6th steps) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".

  • Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

For Internet Explorer 11/ Microsoft Edge

  • In Internet Explorer- press F12 or go to the Tools menu and select F12 Developer Tools

  • Select the Network tab and reproduce the issue.

  • Save the logs (Export HAR log) and send it to QMetry Support.
