Note: QMetry for Jira Test Management add-on supports the latest versions of IE11, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers only. Currently, browsers like Safari, Opera, etc are not supported.
For Chrome Browser
Open browser - chrome > Open Jira.
Go
to Chrome optionsto Chrome options (3 vertical dots on the upper right corner).
Go to More tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using windows).
Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
Right-click on the output window (As shown in below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

For Firefox Browser
Open browser - Firefox > Open Jira.

Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
Right-click on the output window (As shown in below image in 6th steps) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
Save the HAR file and send to QMetry Support.

For Internet Explorer 11/ Microsoft Edge
In Internet Explorer-
presspress F12 or go to the Tools menu
andand select “F12 Developer Tools”
Select the Network tab
andand reproduce the issue.
Save the logs (Export HAR log) and send it to QMetry Support.
