Why is SEN needed: SEN is the unique id which would provide details about the QMetry for JIRA license details. Please provide the SEN when you raise a ticket on the QMetry Support. 

How to find the SEN (Support Entitlement Number)?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to JIRA

  2. Go to JIRA Administration >> Add-Ons >> Manage apps

  3. Select "QMetry Test Manager For JIRA" and view license details

  4. Copy the "Support Entitlement Number"
