When the user installs the QMetry for Jira add-on on their Jira instance using IE Browser and tries to access the QMetry Project setting screen, they face an issue where the screen remains blank. As shown in the below image;
Root Cause:
Atlassian has decided to end the support of IE11 across its cloud, server, and data center products, which resulted to impact on QMetry for Jira add-on as well. Refer to this Atlassian announcement for more details.
We recommend switching to one of the supported browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
