Planned Downtime: QMetry Test Management for Jira app will Not be Accessible on 7th August 2020, from 10:30 PM till 11:30 PM PST
This is to notify you that your QMetry Test Management for Jira add-on would be auto-upgraded to version 4.1.0 on Friday, 7th August 2020. Please find below the impact and the upgrade schedule. Kindly refer to the release notes here.

Your QMetry for Jira add-on has been updated to the latest version QMetry for Jira v4.1.0, users can resume their testing processes. Here are the help guides for the latest changes:

Impact
A new version for QMetry i.e 4.1.0 will be deployed on Jira Cloud instance and since this is a major upgrade QMetry add-on would be unavailable during this time. We request you to plan your schedule in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

All the users have been notified about the downtime through notification message displayed on all the QMetry Test Management for Jira screens, refer screenshot below.
