Introduction

QMetry Wisdom has added the capability of auto prediction of Error Groups using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The feature applies Artificial Intelligence techniques that include Machine Learning and statistical methods. It helps QA team bring out more intelligent and better conclusions on testing activities in the organization.

The Machine Learning techniques train QQBot to do prediction and give you the highest probable output on the basis of the Project and Training Model you selected. The errors are categorized among the Error Groups accordingly.

Steps:

1. Select Training Model. There are two options:

• Project: The scope will remain specific to one Project you selected above. All the uncategorized errors within the selected Project will be displayed for categorization.
• Global: The scope will remain across Projects instead of only one Project. All the uncategorized errors across the Projects will be displayed for categorization.

2. These are remaining errors, which are not categorized automatically and which require human interference for allocation. The space shows errors that need to be categorized with its predicted Error Group. You can view the Total count and Probability of the error. The errors appear one by one as you assign them to Groups.

3. Assign the errors to Error Groups through drag and drop operation.

Error Groups

The bottom section of the screen displays All Predefined Error Groups. There are two types of Error Groups.

1. System Default Group: Error Groups which do not have the Edit and Delete icons with them are system defined groups.

2. User Defined Group: Error Groups which have the Edit and Delete icons with them are user created groups. You can add Groups as and when required.

A. Add Error Groups: Click Add Group to add a new group to categorize the errors. After creating a Group, you can categorize errors to it.

B. Edit an Error Group: Click on the Edit icon to change the name of the Group.

C. Delete an Error Group: Click on the Delete icon. The Error Group will be deleted after confirmation with message "Removing error group will reassign errors into uncategorized errors".

Categorize Errors

If the the error frequency meets the defined probability, then QQBot will automatically place that error in the relevant Error Group.

Else, QQBot will suggest you most suitable Error Group for errors that are not categorized yet under any of the groups.

Just drag the error and drop it to the Error Group you think it should belong to.

Once you are done with categorizing errors, the screen shows "There is no more error to move" message.

The Errors Graph is generated according to the Error categorization.
