Planned Downtime for QTM4J Cloud - 24th December 2022, 6:30 PM PST onwards, affects all users

QMetry Test Management for Jira (QTM4J) cloud app is scheduled for an application and infrastructure upgrade on Saturday, 24th December 2022. The following activities are planned as part of this maintenance:

Upgrade of QTM4J database from MySQL to Aurora MySQL to improve application performance, scalability, and availability.
Upgrade of QTM4J app to the newer version 4.6.0.

Impact

During the scheduled upgrade window all users using QTM4J on Jira cloud hosting will experience a complete outage and will not be able to access the app. We request users to plan their testing activities accordingly. The QTM4J downtime does not impact any of the Jira operations outside the QTM4J app.
