When clicking on Export button on Import/Export Utility then no screen is opening for selection.

Root Cause: This is a compatibility issue. At the moment, import/export utility is not compatible with Java versions above 8.

Solution: Downgrade your java to version 8 which is compatible with current import/export utility as mentioned in the help document.
