This document provides details of features included with Base Platform & features that are part of additional Apps.
Base Platform
Leverage the full power of QMetry platform by enabling QMetry Apps.
Customization
Customization App enables teams to customize user permissions, notifications, custom fields, list values & execution status as per their organization testing processes.
Base Platform comes with default execution status.
Customization App allows you to add custom execution statuses like "In Progress" or "Omit" or "Work in Progress" etc. as per your testing process.
By default, base platform provides only View and Modify rights.
Customization App allows tailored permissions like Create, Delete, Execute, Import, Export, Link, Copy and Versioning for each asset.
Base platform does not include facility to send notifications.
Customization App allows you to trigger email notifications automatically to Groups as well as individual users on occurrence of particular events.
Base platform provides System Fields.
Customization App enables you to add User Defined Fields (UDFs)/Custom Fields.
Base platform provides System Fields.
Customization App allows you to add custom Lists and corresponding values to categorize test assets, e.g. "Priority".

- Allow modification in last executed date/time of test execution
Integration
Base platform allows only QMetry based authentication.
Integration App enables authentication via Active Directory (LDAP) and SAML.
Base platform features only Manual Test Execution.
Integration App allows Automated Test Executions. Take privilege of homegrown QMetry Agent for execution of automation scripts.
Base platform supports only import of test assets.
Integration App enables export/reimport of test assets via Excel or CSV file.
Utilize 150+ Open API to integrate QMetry with third party tools.
Exploratory Testing
Record sessions using inbuilt exploratory testing capabilities that allow testers to capture screenshots of any content without ever leaving your browser window.

Audit & Compliance
Configure Retention policy, and view Audit Log and Change Log.
Audit & Compliance App allows you to configure Retention policy to keep organization information in QMetry for regulatory compliance needs.
Audit & Compliance App allows you to view the report displaying events occurred in QMetry across Projects.
Audit & Compliance App allows you to view the report displaying history of Requirement, Test Case, Test Suite, and Issue modules.
Advanced Reports
Advanced Reports App offers you Quality Analytics which displays QMetry Insight, QMerty Custom Gadgets and QMetry Custom Dashboards for a quick and clear visibility of your testing projects to improve product quality.
Base Platform comes with default dashboards.
Advanced Reports App allows you to create your own customized reports through Visual Reports and Advance Query Reports.
Base Platform comes with system reports.
Advanced Reports App allows you to create your custom Dashboard and share it across teams.
Advanced Reports App allows you to view, edit and share gadgets added from Visual Reports and Advance Query Reports.
eSignature
Regularize the Approval Workflow of test cases and test executions, and view audit reports to meet the needs of Security and Audit Compliance.
Improve audit and compliance by leveraging e-Signature feature.
Approve Test Cases that verifies that the test cases were documented correctly. Approve Test Case Executions to authenticate the test run status assigned to the Test Case.
The configuration option Part 11 Compliance is provided at project level, which will ask users to authenticate before changing the execution status.
