How to get HAR logs for the QTM4J Confluence Integration app?
Open the JIRA confluence page where QMetry assets are already present and follow the steps below based on the supported browsers installed on your system.
Please Note: QMetry at present supports the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers only. Browsers like Safari, Opera, etc are not supported.
Google Chrome
Go to Google Chrome options (Click on the ellipses in the upper right corner).
Click on More Tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using Windows).
Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
Save the HAR file and send it to QMetry Support.
Mozilla Firefox
Go to the Application menu by clicking on the Hamburger Icon in the upper right corner
Click on More tools > Web developer tools (Or press F12 if you are using Windows).
Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image in the 6th steps) > Click on "Save all as HAR ".
Save the HAR file and send it to QMetry Support.
Microsoft Edge
Go to the options (Click on the ellipses in the upper right corner).
Go to More Tools > Developer Tools (Or press F12 if you are using Windows).
Go to Network > Reproduce the issue.
Right-click on the output window (As shown in the below image) > Click on "Save as HAR with Content".
Save the HAR file and send it to QMetry Support.
