Unplanned Downtime : QMetry Automation Studio fails to launch with error “Process exited before completing request”

Unplanned Downtime: QMetry Automation Studio may not start for some users and give an error : “Request ID xxxx :Process exited before completing request“. This issue was observed from 27 Oct 2020 from 4:10 am - 6:10 AM (PST). Affected users who were using an online installation.

6:10 AM

  • The issue has been resolved. Do restart your QMetry Automation Studio to be able to access it again.

5:55 AM

  • The cause of the issue has been identified. QMetry Automation Studio should start working again within next 45 minutes (by 6:40 AM).

4:10 AM

  • QMetry Automation Studio fails to launch with error “Request ID xxxx : Process exited before completing request“.

  • QMetry Teams are working on high priority to restore the services back to normal.. Based on the initial analysis, QMetry services should be restored soon.
