Incident: Support Portal site and Help Documentation not accessible 26 May 2022

Incident RESOLVED

We experienced an outage on our support portal website and help documentation site hosted on Atlassian Cloud on 26th May 2022. There was a glitch from the Atlassian team that has been resolved.

The support portal and help documentation links specified under https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QH/pages/433618947 were not accessible on 26 May 2022 from 1:35 am to 11:17 am PST.

What was the impact?

  1. With the outage, users were unable to access the support website to create tickets or requests.

  2. Help Documentation was not accessible.

  3. Emails sent to qas@qmetrysupport.atlassian.net did not create support tickets or requests.

An alternative way to reach support is to contact the account manager or by sending an email to support@qmetry.com with your Organization Name and registered email id for QAS.

The issue was resolved by the Atlassian Team and the support and help documentation sites were restored.

Root Cause (RCA) and Fix

There was a glitch from the Atlassian end that hosted the support site and help documentation. It was later resolved by their team.
