QMetry IP Address To Whitelist
This instruction is only for SaaS/Cloud Customers who want to integrate their Jira Cloud or Jira Server/DC with QMetry.
QMetry needs to be able to send requests to your Jira Instance in order to integrate them into a QMetry Project.
Here are some pre-requisites:
- The Jira URL should be publicly accessible outside the organization's network OR a connection should be allowed from your network to the QMetry SaaS IP address via network/firewall by whitelisting the following IP addresses
- For Customers Hosted on QMetry US Cloud: 52.206.5.232
- For Customers Hosted on QMetry EU Cloud: 3.121.88.86
- Once you allow/unblock our SaaS Server IPs on your network, your Jira instance will be able to receive requests from your QMetry instance hosted on our SaaS / Cloud environment. This will allow a successful connection between QMetry and Jira to facilitate a successfully integration within your QMetry projects.
Make sure you're following the Steps : QMetry - Jira integration workflow to configure your Jira integration with QMetry.
