Audit Logs in Test Case

Starting December 5, 2025 (QMetry Test Management for Jira v4.15.1), the QMetry Test Management for Jira documentation moved from its location on Atlassian to a dedicated, standalone QMetry Test Management for Jira documentation page. For the latest updates, refer to View Test Case Audit Logs.


The Audit Logs display the Audit history of test cases. These audit logs are displayed irrespective of version.

Open the Audit Logs tab.

The following columns are displayed:

  • Time

  • User

  • Entity Type

  • Action

  • Description

  • Activity
