Notifications

Starting December 5, 2025 (QMetry Test Management for Jira v4.15.1), the QMetry Test Management for Jira documentation moved from its location on Atlassian to a dedicated, standalone QMetry Test Management for Jira documentation page. For the latest updates, refer to View Notifications.

You can view the current status of the activity and running background processes by clicking on the Bell icon at the top right corner. The notification is displayed when any of the following actions is performed:

Re-index
Test Case Bulk Update
Test Cycle Bulk Update
Import Test Case
Export To Other Project
Export To Other QMetry Instance
Export Report
Zephyr Migration
Sync Permission

Steps

1. Go to QMetry > Test Management > Test Case module.

2. Click on the Bell icon at the top right corner of the screen.

3. The Notifications panel opens displaying the list of currently running processes and completed activities.
