How to share Test Reports with other users (Server/DC)

Users can share test reports via a shareable URL, allowing teammates to access and review the reports. The user who created the report can distribute/share it by copying the URL and sending it to others. Recipients of the shared report URL can then paste it into their browser to view the report.

Steps to share Test Report URL:

1. Generate the report with the required filters and click on the Share button to get its URL.

2. A box with a URL will open, click the Copy button to copy the URL.

3. Once the URL is copied successfully, the success message will be displayed on the box.

4. The generated URL can be shared with users whom you want to access the report.

  • Recipients of the report URL can paste the URL on the browser page and view the report.

  • Please Note: The user who uses the URL should have logged into the same QTM4J server instance.

The shared report displays the project name and report criteria/filters that were used to generate the report. Users can view the report in chart and tabular format and can also export the report in Excel.
