Unplanned Downtime: QMetry Test Management for Jira is Not Accessible, 18th Mar 2020 since 01:15 PM (PST) - Affects All QMetry Test Management for Jira v3.2 Cloud customers.

24-Mar-2020, 09:45 AM PST	QMetry performed urgent maintenance immediately for QMetry servers and successfully fixed this issue. This fix was performed during a planned downtime informed to customers here.
18-Mar-2020, 03:18 PM PST	Root Cause : Jira has made some changes in the parameter that was used to call the Apps. QMetry team is currently working on to incorporate this change in QMetry app. The fix for this issue will be released soon.
02:00 PM PST	The QMetry Test Management for Jira app is now accessible. It seems like an issue from Jira's library. We are in contact with the Jira team for identifying the cause of the issue.
01:15 PM PST	This is to inform that QMetry Test Management for Jira app is not accessible on 18th Mar 2020 - 01:15 PM (PST). We are looking into this on a high priority and will post more updates on this thread. Based on our initial analysis, QMetry services should be restored soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
