Relaxing IP restrictions for the OAuth connected app

You must configure the connected app to run without any IP restrictions. Update the OAuth policies settings in Salesforce to relax IP restrictions for the OAuth connected app.

1. Log in to Salesforce.

2. On the navigation bar, click Platform Tools > Apps > Connected Apps > Connected Apps OAuth Usage. The click Manage App Policies link on the page. Click Edit Policies.

3. In the OAuth Policies section, from the Permitted Users list, select All users may self-authorize.

4. From the IP Relaxation list, select Relax IP restrictions.
