How to sync the latest version of the Test Cases in bulk on the Test Execution screen?

While reviewing the linked test case of a test cycle on the test execution screen, the QA Manager/Tester can easily find out whether the test cases that are getting executed are on the latest versions or still older ones. By syncing test cases to a new version individually or in bulk, they can eliminate the need to manually unlink the older version and link the newer version of the test case for execution. To sync the latest version of the Test Cases in bulk, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Test Execution screen (Grid or List view). Select the Test Cases you want to bulk update.

2. Click the Bulk Operations button and select the Sync with Latest Version option.

3. Read the caution message carefully and click Yes to proceed.

Note:

• Archived test cases will get skipped while bulk syncing with the latest version. 

• In bulk operation, if multiple linked versions of a test case are selected for sync, the first test case in the order of the linking will get synced to the latest version.
