Where do I find JIRA System Information?

JIRA system information page has all installation details like Jira Base URL, Jira Version, DataBase Details. These details are helpful to investigate the issues quickly. As a normal user if you are not able to access the System Info page contact your Jira Administratior.

Step 1 : Navigate to JIRA UI -> Settings -> System -> System Info as shown in below screenshot

Find below information on this page.

  • Base URL
  • Jira Version - Scroll down to Jira info section in the same page.
  • DataBase Details - Refer to Server Info section for Database details.


Step 2 : If you don't find the asked information then share the screenshot of the whole web page of System Info.
