How to get batch.js file?

Follow the below steps to get batch.js file.

  • Go to the Dashboard of your Jira instance.

  • Go to Chrome Settings > More Tools > Developer Tools.

  • Reproduce the issue.

  • Click on Console and search for the error as shown in below screenshot.

  • Right click on batch.js file and open it in a new tab.

  • Copy all the content and paste it on the note file, save this file and share with us.
