How to extend the license of JIRA Add-ons?

Here are the steps to extend your license of QMetry for JIRA.

  1. Navigate to https://my.atlassian.com/ and login (you may have to ask your Atlassian Billing contact to do this for you)
  2. Find the 'QMetry for Jira' entry in the list of licenses and expand this entry
  3. Hit 'New Evaluation license'
  4. Copy the license key
  5. Navigate to Global Admin Setting > Add-ons > Manage add-ons in Jira and paste this license key

Note: This will work only for Jira server Add-ons. For Jira cloud Add-ons, kindly connect with Atlassian support team.
